SEMİ CONTACT;
Semi-contact is a fighting discipline where two fighters fight with the goal of scoring more points using legal Technique and speed. In this discipline efficiency is not important
Competition Area Competition area is the tatami. In World and Continental Championships the tatami size should be 8x8 meters
Uniforms and Equipment Safety equipment is: head protection, mouth-guard, breast protection semi-contact gloves, groin protection, shin guards and foot protection. Each fighter must wear a clean uniform in good repair. The pants must reach ankle length. The waist may be either a drawstring or elastic waistband. The top must be either a jacket, Vneck top or T-shirt.
Rounds Amateur fights in semi contact, have 3 x2 minute rounds in all WASKO tournaments

Legal Techniques _ KICKS: Front, Side, Back, Roundhouse, Hook (Sole of the foot only), Crescent, Axe , Jumps, Spins. _ HANDS: Punch, Backfist, Ridgehand, Hook. _ FOOTSWEEP:
Illegal Techniques _ Avoiding or refusing to fight _ Falling or dropping to the floor without due cause. _ Leaving the Fighting Area _ Attacks with malicious or excessive contact. _ Unsportsman-like conduct. _ Grabbing is not allowed _ Attacking an Official either inside or outside the ring.
